Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Time

Shipping Time: Orders take between 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time: We require 9–13 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of putting in your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Lost Orders: In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

Part of my order is missing – what should I do? For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 business days after the first package.
